A new prompt drops the 7th of each month. You have exactly 7 days to write a 7-page script. The constraint is the point.

How it works

Every month runs on the same schedule. Sign up once, and at 7pm ET on the 7th you receive the prompt and your unique submission link together in one email.

7th

Prompt & Link Delivered

At 7pm ET, registered entrants receive one email containing the monthly prompt and their unique submission link. Your 7-day writing window begins.

14th

Submissions Close

All scripts must be submitted via your unique link by 7pm ET. PDF format, up to 7 pages, no author name in the document.

15–21

Judging & Feedback

Experienced judges score each script across 7 categories and write individual feedback for every entrant.

22nd

Results & Feedback Delivered

Winners announced. Every entrant receives their written feedback by this date.

The winning script is produced and published as a full podcast episode within 30 days of results.
